Reference and background information
Holding this data allows us to verify employment and performance history in previous roles. If required a background check may be appropriate for protecting the business. Consent will always be sought.
Information relating to previous applications or previous employment with Veeqo
The information allows us to assess suitability for the role by referring to previous applications and or interviews/employment.
Information from public sources relating to your education or professional background
The data allows us to verify the information provided during the application and further assess suitability for the role.
Information related to any assessment you may take part in as part of the interview process
This data supports the application and the decision we make around hiring an individual. This could be a presentation, a scoring matrix or other assessment.
Veeqo takes appropriate steps to protect information about you that is collected, processed, and stored as part of the application and recruitment process.
If you apply for a job at Veeqo and your application is unsuccessful (or you withdraw from the process or decline our offer), Veeqo will retain your information for a period of 2 years after we have communicated to you our decision about whether to appoint you to the role. We retain this information for various reasons, including in case we face a legal challenge in respect of a recruitment decision, to consider you for other current or future jobs at Veeqo and to help us better understand, analyze and improve our recruitment processes.
