The Senior Sales Executive will use their accumulated experience in sales to effectively manage the entire sales cycle and close new business aiming specifically at the North American market. You will have your own personal sales quota with an expectation to meet and exceed this consistently. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, predominantly telephone-based sales environment with a strong earning potential. The successful candidate must be strongly self-motivated and target driven with the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities that could include up to 30 opportunities at a time. You will be extremely effective at building rapport over the phone with a range of senior decision makers. Your sales approach will ensure the customer is put first and you will be relentless in understanding the needs and pain points of our potential clients. You will be able to adopt a solution selling approach and be effective at communicating the tangible value that our software can bring to each client's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales-cycle and presenting the value of Veeqo.
  • Drive revenue whilst creating satisfied and successful customers.
  • Demonstrate our product via Screen Sharing demonstrations and on occasion, face-to-face visits.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and be an expert in ensuring they are successful.
  • Achieve/exceed/be accountable for a monthly/quarterly sales quota, including:
    • Inbound MQL to SQL conversion
    • Self prospected SQLs;
    • Maintaining a high ASP (focusing on prospecting Premium deals);
    • Delivering against all key activity metrics, including outstanding Salesforce housekeeping;
    • Achieving quota - 95% > 105%
    • Exceeding quota - 105% > ???%
    • Pre Churn target


  • 2+ years sales experience with demonstrable over-achievement against sales targets, ideally in the SaaS industry;
  • Candidates should have one of the following: software/saas sales experience, experience of selling to small businesses or experience of selling direct to independent retailers.
  • Experience of working with pre sales, product and success teams.
  • A consultative selling style combining effective questioning techniques;
    Ability to explain and demonstrate technical solutions in non-technical, business-focussed language;
  • Salesforce CRM experience is a benefit
  • Knowledge of any of the following industry sectors a plus: retail, shipping and e-commerce marketplaces.
