About the role
We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain our internal and external knowledge base for our customers and team. With the rest of the Customer Success, Support, Product, Design & Marketing teams, you will help us create written content for our Help Centre and video tutorials for our YouTube Channel.
Our Help Centre should be designed and developed to allow our customers to successfully adopt and implement our software, and use our features in the best way to meet their business needs.
The tasks you’ll be responsible for are:
Our ideal candidate is someone who enjoys educating others and collaborating with the wider organisation, with a true passion for creative roles. They are an effective communicator and a meticulous wordsmith, and have proven experience in translating complex technical concepts into easy to digest material. They are curious in understanding our product and developing unique strategies for engaging and enabling our users. They also have experience using design tools to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent.

The salary banding for this role is 50-60k USD depending on experience.
