The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starter to work directly with our Head of Sales and engage with the rest of the company leadership team to execute upon our ambitious US go to market strategy and become a founding team member in our US sales team.

After huge success in the UK we launched in the USA last year and seen over 200% growth, but still at an early stage where you can have a big impact.

To start with a small but mighty team of 3, to run all our inbound sales for US and you will have the ability to hire and build the team around you.

You will be someone who will have a proven track record as an Account Executive who is looking for the next step in their career with being a team leader and potential to look after a rapidly growing team.



Role & Responsibilities

  • Diligently, manage, forecast and grow your sales activity/pipeline using salesforce to achieve our US sales targets.
  • Team leader means managing your team of one AE (you hire) and one SDR.
  • Successfully delivering live demonstrations on Zoom to marketing-generated inbound prospects.
  • Helping define and refine our US sales strategy by learning from prospects to what is working/not.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of sales or professional experience within a tech company and 5+ years of general sales experience
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently hit team and individual daily and monthly objectives
  • Positive and energetic attitude with exceptional communication skills
  • Resilience, perseverance, and the ability to overcome objections a must
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, sales-team environment
  • Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
