You will manage relationships with new and existing clients and serve as their primary point of contact. You will be responsible for welcoming new clients to Veeqo and setting expectations for their experience with our platform, handling ongoing account updates and maintaining a high rate of customer satisfaction within your portfolio. The clients you will interface with are sophisticated, mid-tier brands and retailers with complex requirements.
You will utilise a combination of industry knowledge, business strategy expertise, product knowledge and account management experience to help customers innovate more quickly and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
The primary measure of your success as Customer Success Manager is the success of portfolio accounts and the satisfaction level of merchants within your assigned portfolio.
